  After playing and coaching Division I Basketball for 17 years…

I've experienced many wins and loses, and now I share lessons I have learned on the court.

Resilience enabled me to continue forward despite adversity. I learned how to “Bounce Back, rebound, and recover like a Champion. 

Now I am coaching educators, executives, parents, community leaders and children on how to do the same. 

I specialize in getting positive results…the right way!

 ECE is an education company that specializes in transforming low performing schools by coaching students and teachers to get in the game, stay in the game, be a champion.

Our use of the coaching methodology is our secret sauce. Rather than using a more cerebral approach to learning, the coaching method focuses on attitude and motivation. The students themselves, then creatively apply the tools to learning as a team.

The competition is therefore, the students collectively versus the lack of knowledge and for the mastery of understanding.

ECE was founded in 2012 and has served thousands of happily and effectively impacted students and parents.
